This project was developed for an entrepreneur focused on implementing typical smart houses. The task was to create a highly ergonomic, economical, and cozy interior solution in an extremely compact space. The goal was to plan a smart house with two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, and a full bathroom within 24 m².
The chosen style is modern eco, emphasizing natural shades and minimalist design. Key features include the use of wood and natural materials to create warmth and coziness in the small space. The interior incorporates smart furniture-transformers (tables that turn into paintings, beds that convert into wardrobes) to optimize space usage.
This project demonstrates effective space utilization, functionality, and comfort while maintaining style and aesthetic appeal in even the smallest space.
