This project was developed for a single-storey house with a total area of 146 m² and an adjoining plot, located in the “Roslavichi” cottage community near Kyiv. The clients are a family with two teenage sons.
The task was to design an elegant, light-filled, spacious, and functional home with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace suitable for hosting many guests.
The chosen style is modern classic, combining traditional motifs and silhouettes with clean lines, bright tones, and stylish accent details. The interior is defined by pastel shades and refined elements that create a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
Key features include elegance and functionality, harmoniously blended to provide a contemporary interpretation of the classic style. Generous spaces for family gatherings and entertaining guests, complemented by tasteful furniture and decor, emphasize comfort and convenience for the entire family.
